Rebeca has a poem to share with you!

I found this poem at my grandparent's farm. I thought that it was very beautiful and wanted to share it with you.

The Legend of the Sand Dollar
Upon this old shaped sea shell,
A legend grand told About the life of Jesus-   The wonderous tale of old.

The center marking plainly shows
The well known Guiding Star
That led to tiny Bethlehem,
The Wise Men from afar.

The Christmas flower, Poinsettia-
For His Nativity;
The Ressurection, too, is marked-
The Easter lily, see.

Five wounds were suffered by our Lord
From nails and Roman's spear
When He died for us upon the cross
The wounds show plainly here.

Within the shell, should it be broke
Five Doves of Peace are found
To emphasize this legend
So may Peace and Love abound.

So, if you're having a birthday party, you could have a spa theme. You could get some teenage girls in your neighborhood to help out. you could do hair, makeup, and nails. you could aslo have facials. you could make some facials, and when your guests leave, they would have something to bring home. that is what i would do.

Do you have to drive around a lot?? When we are on a road trip I play games with my brothers such as "A, my name is" and "the word game"

How to play "A, my name is"-
One person starts by saying:
-A, my name is_____(chose a name that starts with A)
-My brother or sister's (if its a girl saying it, say my brother's name and vise versa )name is____(a name that starts with A)
-We live in____(a place that starts with A)
-and we sell_____(anything sellable that starts with an A)
Take turns until you make it clear through the alphabet!!!!

"The word game"-
Start with a basic word such as egg or milk then the next person says the first word that pops into his or her head when egg  or milk is said (like chicken or cow). Continue until ready to stop; then see how much difference there is between the first and last words!!1

When you're bored, a really fun thing to do is make a play list of all your favorite songs. Then, listen to them, close your eyes, and make a story to it. With you as the main character. Sometimes, you'll fall asleep doing that and your dreams will be based on your story. It's REALLY fun!!!!

Putting on a play can be really fun. you can read them out of books or make up your own!! I like to do improv, where you just make things up as you go. My favorite version is the alphabet one, where you have to say something that starts with the letter A, then the next person has to say a sentence that starts with the letter B that goes with with you said, and then you say something that starts with the letter C that goes with what they said, and keep going until you finish the alphabet or run out of ideas!!

Some games that are REALLY fun are "What If" and"The Drawing Game"

Instructions for:

What If
You write a question that starts with what if. Example; What if you grew a second head? You fold that paper and put it in the center. Once everyone has finished their question and it's ready in the center, everyone picks out a folded piece of paper. They write an answer to the question. So one person starts by reading their question out loud. The person on the left to them, reads the answer they put to the question they got. And it keeps repeating like that.

The Drawing Game
Everyone draws a picture on a piece of paper. They hand it to the person on the left of them. The person looks at the picture, and on another piece of paper, writes (in words) the picture. Then they put the actual picture on the bottom of the stack of paper. So the next person draws what the writing says. And it keeps repeating like that.
